Enabling product-level inventory tracking while building a bundle - Works for full-page and Product bundles

Steps to follow:

  1. Go to the settings of the Easy Bundles app.

  2. Locate the Additional Configurations section.

  3. Enable the feature to show available inventory (using the provided toggle) to apply this globally to all your bundles.

  4. For each product in Shopify, ensure the "Track Quantity" setting is turned on. Note: Products with zero inventory will still not be shown in the bundle.

  5. If your bundle includes a digital product, its inventory should be set to 0 or below so the system recognizes it as digital. [screenshot of For digital products] Inventory synchronization ensures that stock levels remain consistent across bundles and individual items, preventing overselling and improving the shopping experience. This is particularly important when managing both physical and digital products within bundles. To further ensure accurate inventory tracking, enable product-level inventory tracking in the Easy Bundles app settings. This allows the app to manage inventory for each child product within a bundle.

Important Considerations:

  • If "Track Quantity" is not enabled, the product will still appear on the bundle builder page, but customers will not be able to add it to their cart if it is out of stock.

  • If the "Allow out-of-stock" setting is enabled in Shopify but the product inventory is above 0, the system cannot identify it as a digital product, which may lead to restrictions on adding it to the cart.

  • Products Not Appearing in Bundles: Verify that the "Track Quantity" option is enabled and that the product has sufficient stock.

  • Overselling of Products: Ensure inventory tracking is enabled for all child products and that stock levels are accurate.
